-Check list Pre-Installation SG Monitoring (operative system and base software, pre installation, installation)

-Basic configuration of the system (Port creation, IP Connection, Dealer, Port assignation, Alarm Codes Creation, Formats Creation, Association of Formats to receptors)

-Performance and system maintenance

-Usual failures

-Contingency plan (getting ready for contingency, how to restore backup, how to reappoint terminals to contingency server, prepare operators to answer an emergency situation, etc)

-SQL Server database engine (basic concepts)

-IP Monitoring (it includes GSM, GPRS and SMS)

-New functions of Version 8: VIDEO-ALARM, bidirectional SMS, MapGuard.
