All the telephone calls that are received or done at the central station will be digitalized and recorded on a disc, identified by caller-id (entering calls) and by dialed destination number (DTMF Out). The operator can relate the call to the customer. Ongoing calls can be supervised, locally or via Internet, from anywhere. Searches will be able to be made according to date, time, entering or exiting number, customer and/or operator’s comments.

All central station’s incoming and outgoing calls will be digitalized and recorded on a disc in the PC.Records will be kept in relation to the account and event that gave its origin and the required “audio clips” will be available through an efficient search filter.

Conversations will be stored in MP3 format, saving storage space and allowing sending them to the customer, with a practical file handling capacity, to verify the measures taken by the company.

Besides, it is an important tool to supervise operators as far as customer service and answer to clients are concerned.
