ABITAB, charging and payment market leader in Uruguay, chose SoftGuard solutions for its integrated corporative monitoring central station.

This successful implementation was done in August. Mr. Andres Ciappesoni (CPP Asis) from Abitab participated in the coordination and set up of the integral Operative Monitoring Center. The company Teleimpresores S.A., in charge of its executives Mr. Juan Jose Cabo and Mr. Hector Alvarez, was also part of the project. This central station is far beyond the most advanced one in the whole country.

At present, Abitab owns 500 stores in over 100 cities in Uruguay (Montevideo, Artigas, Canelones, Rocha, Paysandu, Rivera, Tacuarembo, Colonia among others) and operates monthly transactions with over 1.200.000 clients, providing them with service of different kinds: ticket sale, tickets and fees for parking lots, national and international money wiring, payment of services, ticket sales, cellphone recharges for Claro – Movistar – Ancel, In custody deliveries, Cambilex currency exchange, Dhl, Western Union, Tiempost, RedBrou, etc.
