GPRS guards control

On-line surveillance rounds control integration

GPRS Surveillance Rounds Control and event attendance totally integrated to SoftGuard

SoftGuard Tech. Corp presents the ActiveGuard system, the most advanced technologic solution to control guards, surveillers and monitoring answer staff and to receive this information totally on line, directly at SOFTGUARD for its management and audit.

It is a surveillance rounds control and event attendance device for reading tags of RFID provided with a voice and data cellular modem. It combines identifiers reader, a mobile-phone, a GPRS modem and a panic warner.

The traditional event attendance control, as far the arrival at verified alarms places or the surveillance rounds control is concerned, has changed due to systems such as ActiveGuard. This revolutionary device gets integrated with SoftGuard to process dialing in remote places in real time, by means of a data collection device or collector. For this particular caseit has GPRS mobile communications.

ActiveGuard ‘s physical resistance is IP67, which makes it resistant to bad treatment, falls from several meters over concrete, 1.5 meter underwater immersion and other attempts to damage the equipment. A tamper indicates sabotage attempt on line clearly.

Front buttons allow different functions: sending a PANIC signal, reading tag type RFID device, reading and asking for a call in AUDIO to the Monitoring central station or the supervisor and talk freely (it is not necessary to give the guard an extra radio or mobile-phone).

Each device communicates with the Monitoring Central Station to send Keep Alive messages in programmable periods, that SoftGuard processes, generating alarms when the device stops reporting.

Through SOFTGUARD Customers Web Access module, customers enter via web and are able to verify all the periodic inspection controls.

This way, the Monitoring Central Station controls the surveiller’s round routines with “time gates” for each dialing, monitoring lack of compliance within seconds. The same procedure is used for event attendance control or answering alarms. SOFTGUARD self-records the vehicle's arrival, each external or internal under alarm spot's verification and visit's classification, with no need to phone the operator at the central station.

ACTIVEGUARD opens a new set of security services for the customer and new benefits for the providing company, which will offer the customer the most advanced technology in the electronic security world in order to protect lives and goods.
