The First Edition of SoftGuard Technical Sessions took place in Madrid, Spain, during the 8th, 9th and 10th November. These sessions included the SoftGuard Ibérica’s introduction on Tuesday 8th and the 14th Edition of the SoftGuard administrators’ Certification the following days, with the special participation of SoftGuar CEO Mr. Daniel Banda, Sales Manager Miss Virginia D’Errico and Design and Development Manager Mr. Pablo Canónico.

The selected place was the Arturo Hotel, in the city of San Sebastian de los Reyes, where the participants as well as the SoftGuard Team have received an excellent attention and we have been very comfortable.

Spain CEO, Mr. Luis Miguel González, introduced SoftGuard Ibérica with a welcome to all the attendants, companies that have chosen SoftGuard as the main system for its CRA System operations which have been working with us for several years, and new companies interested in the strong SoftGuard Ibérica proposal for the whole country.

SoftGuard Ibérica is the beginning of a higher standard service and presence in Spain, nowadays covering the 10% of the market, offering local technical support and training, personalized customers’ visits, and having totally equipped offices with high-tech technology to offer demos and post sale service.

SoftGuard Ibérica Proyect Manager, Mr. Javier González Gallego, thanked the Spain’s customer portfolio for its renewed trustfulness and permanent support to SoftGuard growth giving ideas and market specific needs.

Regarding the Administrators’ Certification, this training 14th edition took place on 9th and 10th November, with the participation of 16 monitoring system’s user companies from Spain different cities such as Marbella, La Manga del Mar Menor, Murcia, Santa Eulalia, San Fdo. de Henares, Barcelona, Mataró, Aveiro, Lleida, Felanitx e Ibiza, and the special participation of Grupo 8 Company from Lisboa and Norbain, SoftGuard Official Dealer in Portugal.

The Certification process brought an environment of comradeship, enjoying lunches and a welcome dinner in “The Knife” restaurant. At the end of the sessions, pupils had a test and they received the corresponding attendance certificates. We are very grateful for your presence, contributions and professionalism demonstrated during the Sessions.
