In case of receiving false alarms from the same zone, the Operator will be able to enter a technical visit order at the moment in order to revise the failure or reported problem or to visualize if that service has already been asked for the client.

At the same time, the integration with the SG MoneyGuard module for billing and charging integrates communication between sectors and makes service-billing control a more dynamic process because once each service is finished the system will generate the piece of news automatically so that it can be billed.

From this action, the SG MoneyGuard module will proceed manually to invoice the provided service or will keep this information in the database so the system can invoice it together with the following month’s fee.
