SG Corporative Customers Web Access
This module has specially been designed to provide corporate customers with control over their accounts. They will obtain graphic information about the state of their residences or branches with an indication of the state of each of them (active/not-active) and the alarm events received for each of the accounts via Web.
Its greatest potential lies in the visual impact for the recognition of situations with a global perspective.
What is a corporate client?
We call “corporate client” a customer who, out of his activity or need, requires on-line control of the state of his accounts or alarm panels.
For instance, a security chief of a branches chain or the person in charge of a company or manager who needs remote and simultaneous supervision with the action of the security company may use this device.
Through this module, this corporate customer has web access to obtain graphic and listed information of branches’ status; indicating their alarm’s state (on/off), received events (history), having a direct communication link through a message panel
Information on screen is up-dated in real time, because it is directly linked to the SQL Server database set up in the central station, avoiding any delay in external notification.
